Finally, we came up with some tips that would help us stay healthier and happier.

We started by looking at different kinds of food. We found that some foods are harmful and others are good for us. We know sugar can cause weight gain and is therefore very harmful. But fruits and vegetables are good because they provide vitamins and minerals essential to our bodies.

Next, exercise was discussed. Exercise is good for our bodies and gives us energy. It makes us feel happy. There are many exercises you can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another way to improve your strength. Yoga is great for flexibility and improving breathing. You should not eat too many junk foods and drink lots water if you are looking to lose weight.

Finally, we talked about sleep. Sleep is one of the most important things that we do every day. Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue and stress. This can lead to issues such as back pain, depression and heart disease. To stay healthy, it is important to get enough rest.
