For example, we know that sugar is very unhealthy because it causes weight gain. However, vegetables and fruits are good for us as they have vitamins and minerals that our bodies need.

Next we considered exercise. Exercise is good for our bodies and gives us energy. It also makes us feel happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. Walking, running, swimming and dancing are just a few of the many options. Yoga is another way to improve your strength. Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility and your breathing. It is important to avoid junk food, and drink lots of water, if we wish to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is one the most important things we do each day. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed. This can cause problems like back pain, depression, heart disease and diabetes as well as obesity. To stay healthy, it is important to get enough rest.
